Samples

At certain times throughout the year we all of a sudden get a spark of brilliance and decide to decorate, refurbish or just have something a little different. Well when it comes to floor space look no further than FLOORING MANIA LTD.

We have a wide range of laminate, engineered and wood flooring for your own leisurely perusal. On each and every one of our products there will be a brief description, also there will be an image for you to see, obviously it is an image imported on to our website. This will give you an idea only of how the product may look.

The simplest and more positive way of knowing is to order the samples you require, this will enable you to be able to see a small but effective piece of flooring. You will be able to see the shade, grain and the finished quality of the product. All this for only £3.50 plus VAT. This price is to cover our costs for postage, but will be refunded when an order has been placed.

Please remember to phone your order through to us so that we can deduct the amount for the sample.

Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all orders over £350.00 + VAT, to mainland UK. However a small surcharge may apply to some areas in Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland. For orders under £350.00 a delivery charge of £29.99 + VAT will be applied.

All flooring deliveries are made to “kerbside” or at the nearest access point to the delivery address

Made by large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry, if there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion. We can advise the courier your preferred time, but once again this will be to the couriers discretion and delivery route. We will pass if required you phone details to the driver but cannot make them contact you as this is again at there discretion.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge if applicable.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on receipt as no claims with regards to damage items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damage on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for any cost incurred by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking of trade persons for installation until goods have been received.
